How do I earn Premier Points?
Simply present your Premier Rewards card when you play Gaming Machines or Table Games at SkyCity Queenstown and when making a purchase at participating SkyCity Auckland outlets.
How do I redeem Premier Points?
Every 100 Premier Points = $1 in value and can be used right across SkyCity.
You can turn your points into play on a Gaming Machine by inserting your Premier Rewards card into the card reader, selecting 'My Balance' and entering your pin number. You can then choose how many points to turn into credits. Alternatively you can turn your points into play for a Table Game by visiting the cashier and asking to turn your points into Bonus Play Chips*.
You can also use your points to pay at the SkyCity bars and restaurants, hotels and at the Sky Tower**. Just hand your Premier Rewards card to the cashier at the time of purchase.
*Daily limits apply. Bonus Play Chips not accepted on Rapid Roulette and Poker.
** Premier Points cannot be redeemed for SkyPix, SkyWalk or SkyJump.
How do I find out my Premier Points balance?
You can check your Premier Points balance on-site at SkyCity Queenstown at any Premier Rewards Kiosk or the Premier Rewards Station. You can also check your balance by logging into your myPremier account. For more information about myPremier click here.
How do I move up a tier?
All new Premier Rewards members start off in our Premier Rewards Ruby tier.
If you earn the requisite number of Premier Points over a review period (a continuous 6 month period), you may be offered membership to a higher tier with greater benefits.

If you don’t earn the requisite number of Premier Points over the relevant review period, your membership status will be re-graded accordingly.
SkyCity will notify you in writing after the relevant review period advising you if you have been re-graded to a higher or lower tier. We will generally not contact you if you remain in the same tier following a review period.
What are Premier Bonus Dollars?
Premier Bonus Dollars are different to Premier Points. Premier Bonus Dollars are gifted or awarded to Premier Rewards members from time to time and can only be redeemed (daily limits apply) for Gaming Machine credits to use on selected Gaming Machines at SkyCity Auckland and/or Bonus Play Chips to use on selected Table Games at SkyCity Queenstown.
One Premier Bonus Dollar equals $1 in Gaming Machine credits or $1 in Bonus Play Chips. Premier Bonus Dollars are valid for 3 months from the time of issue.
If I sign up to the SkyCity Premier Rewards Programme in Queenstown, can I also earn and redeem Premier Points at SkyCity Auckland, SkyCity Hamilton Casino and/or SkyCity Wharf Casino using the same Premier Rewards card?
Yes you can! To earn Premier Points, simply present your Premier Rewards card when you play Gaming Machines or Table Games, or when making a purchase at participating outlets, at SkyCity Auckland, SkyCity Hamilton Casino or SkyCity Wharf Casino.
Present your Premier Rewards card to the cashier at the participating outlet at SkyCity Auckland, SkyCity Hamilton Casino or SkyCity Wharf Casino to redeem your Premier Points. Please note that the rewards offered at each of the SkyCity properties in New Zealand will differ depending on the facilities available at each of those sites.

How can I update my Premier Rewards account details?
It’s easy to update your details. Simply visit the Premier Rewards Station at SkyCity Queenstown on your next visit and our friendly staff can update your details. You can also check your Premier Rewards account details at any time via SkyCity's myPremier app or online at premierrewards.co.nz.
I've lost my Premier Rewards card – can I get a new one?
Yes. Simply take a valid form of photo ID to the Premier Rewards Station at SkyCity Queenstown on your next visit and our friendly staff will issue you a new Premier Rewards card. Please note that we do not mail Premier Rewards cards to members.
Can my partner and I share a Premier Rewards card?
No. Membership is personal to an individual member and is not transferable, so only the member named on a Premier Rewards card can use that card.

What if I don't have enough Premier Points to redeem a reward?
You can redeem Premier Points for food and beverages at participating SkyCity Queenstown outlets or accommodation at SkyCity Hotel or SkyCity Grand Hotel. If you don't have enough Premier Points, you can use a combination of Premier Points and money.
How long will my Premier Points be valid for?
Premier Points are valid for 6 months from the date of accrual. Premier Points not redeemed within 6 months from accrual will expire.
What ID will I need to provide to join Premier Rewards?
You will need to provide one of the following photo identification:
(i) your current New Zealand passport; or
(ii) your current New Zealand Driver’s Licence; or
(iii) your current New Zealand firearms licence; or
(iv) your 18+ Card with photo; or
(v) your current Super Gold Card with photo; or
(vi) your current foreign passport (containing your name, date of birth, photograph and signature); or
(vii) your International Driver’s Licence (containing your name, date of birth, photograph and signature); or
(viii) your current foreign national identity card (containing your name, date of birth and photograph).
