We are excited to announce that SkyCity Queenstown Casino is open operating under the ‘orange light’ of the new COVID-19 Protection Framework.

Your safety remains our number one priority so accordingly, the following conditions of entry will apply to all guests (including SkyCity Premier Rewards members) entering the SkyCity Casino:

MANDATORY ENTRY CONDITIONS

My Vaccine Pass

To enter all gaming venues, you will be required to present your official COVID-19 ‘My Vaccine Pass’. If you present a printed copy, you will also need to supply a valid form of photo ID.

Face Mask

You will be encouraged to wear a face mask (or alternative coverings) at all times in our gaming venues (except when eating or drinking) and you will be asked to lower your mask briefly when entering the Casino for identification purposes.

Scan In

You will be required to scan in to all gaming venues using the Government’s NZ COVID Tracer app or fill out a manually form.

If you are unwell, stay home

If you are sick, please do not come to SkyCity and seek medical advice.

PREMIER REWARDS MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION

Membership Downgrades

Your membership status won't be considered for downgrade until after 30 June 2022.

Membership Upgrades

Qualifying memberships will be considered for an upgrade from January 2022.

Premier Points and Premier Bonus Dollars

All existing Premier Points and Premier Bonus Dollars will be valid until 30 April 2022.

Birthday Offers

All monthly birthday offers from August to December 2021 will be valid until 31 March 2022.

The well-being and safety of our employees and guests is our top priority, so we will be:

Increasing our cleaning activities to ensure more frequent cleaning of surfaces

Making available hand sanitiser and wipes to staff and guests

Providing additional training for our staff in order to keep themselves and our customers safe
