How does it work?
Each month you have gaming activity recorded on your SHOW by SkyCity or Premier Rewards account, a Monthly Gaming Statement will be generated on the second day of the month following.
You will receive a notification via email or SMS once your monthly statement is ready to view.
You can then log in to the SHOW by SkyCity portal below to view your statement online.

If you have gaming activity recorded on your SHOW by SkyCity or Premier Rewards account in the month prior, a statement will be generated on the second day of the month following. You can then visit the SHOW by SkyCity portal to review your statement online. Your account will store a rolling minimum of three months' worth of statements at any time.
New Zealand resident customers will receive a notification advising when your Monthly Gaming Statement is ready to view. Notifications will be sent to the email address or mobile number linked to your SHOW by SkyCity or Premier Rewards account. You may receive this notification via email or SMS.
These notifications are service-related communications, not marketing or promotional messages, and cannot be opted out of. You can update your contact details at any time by visiting us in person at a SHOW by SkyCity desk with your card and valid ID.
