If you have experienced an issue specifically related to the SkyCity Queenstown Community Trust - the charitable trust responsible for distributing community grants - and would like to make a complaint, please email community@skycity.co.nz with a summary of your concerns.

To help us understand and respond appropriately, please include any relevant documents or correspondence with your email.

When we receive your complaint, we will: 

  • acknowledge your complaint within five working days
  • gather and evaluate information about your complaint
  • aim to respond to you within 20 working days.
